Then I back that up with expert coaching, guidance, and compliance monitoring to get you to your goal and stay there for good.

FAQs

What makes your program different?

Everyone has triggers that cause them to make poor food and eating choices. Alcohol, social situations, and sugar are just a few examples. I work with you to identify your triggers and then arm you with battle-tested strategies to overcome them.

I’m an expert AND I’m your coach. I will be with you every step of the way to support you and keep you accountable.

Food and eating should be enjoyable and I would never take that away from anyone. My plan is sustainable because it’s not punitive and you will never feel hungry. In fact, most of my clients prefer the meal plan that I create vs what they were eating before they came to me.

I teach you how to eat in the real world. Cook at home, eat out, order in, go to a friend’s house for dinner, go on vacation. You’ll learn how to successfully navigate any situation!

Will I be hungry on your plan?

Not at all! You don’t have to starve yourself to see results. In fact, my philosophy is that if you are hungry all the time, you can’t be successful. I have a number of strategies that help you feel fuller, longer and that will make you not need to eat between meals.

Can I still drink alcohol on your plan?

You can! Depending on your specific situation, I may ask you to reduce or even change your drink of choice. Remember: we make this plan work for your lifestyle, not the other way around.

Do you accept insurance?

No, but upon request and with a written diagnosis from your physician, I will provide you with a coded bill that you can submit to your insurance carrier. I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and licensed in the State of Connecticut. My NPI is 158826880 and my FEIN is 45-5436880.
